Reiki 1: My interest in Reiki led me to Bellarunawakens, where I could safely explore, listen, learn, and connect with my teacher and reiki sisters. This experience also helped me connect deeply with myself. The Reiki class with Becca was beyond my expectations. First of all, Becca is a natural teacher. Sharing her gifts and love of healing shines through in all aspects of the class. Becca has been an extremely formative part of my healing journey. She has taught me ways to tune in with my inner self and follow my intuition. When I initially came to her and we began working together, I had a surface level under understanding of myself and the roadblocks holding me back from healing. Becca's energy is safe, warm, and full of love. She was very attentive, validating, and understanding during consultation and even during healing. The reiki healing session I received was so beautiful even in the midst of my body releasing. I felt held in that space with her which made the releasing process easier. After the session, I felt so calm and clear. Two days later (today), I felt a burst of energy I had not felt in so long. I feel grounded, clear-minded, and balanced.
