Entering the Ancestral Hearth

BELLARUNA ACADEMY

A Guided Ancestral Healing Journey

Before we worshiped gods and goddesses, we honored our ancestors.

We honored the power and magick woven into our blood and bones. We tended the unseen threads that connect us to those who came before.

There is a quiet wisdom that lives within us. It’s carried in the breath, the bones, the stories, and the silence. In this workshop, we’ll gently open space to honor the ancestors who walked before us, whether they are known or unknown, loved or complicated.

Through ritual, guided meditation, journaling, and a simple offering ceremony, you’ll be guided into a grounded and respectful introduction to ancestor veneration. One that’s rooted in gratitude, remembrance, and care.

What You’ll Learn

  • Understanding the foundations of ancestral veneration in a grounded, respectful way

  • How to create a sacred space that feels safe and intuitive

  • How to make meaningful offerings without pressure or obligation

  • How to connect with your ancestors through ritual and meditation

  • How to explore ancestral wounds, emotions, or patterns that surface

  • How to reclaim clarity, strength, and wisdom from your ancestral line

Why should you learn more about this?

Honoring your ancestors is about showing gratitude for who they were, what they endured, the stories they passed down, and the lessons you can learn from them. It is about remembering them with care. When you choose to go deeper, this work becomes a way to tend ancestral wounds so you can feel more whole and begin to release patterns that no longer belong to you.

This is not about holding onto pain or staying rooted in loss. It’s not about feeling guilt or shame for what some of them may have done. It is about honoring memory, offering gratitude, and staying open to learning from your ancestors if they choose to connect with you from the other side. With time and trust, some ancestors may come to feel like quiet protectors or guides, offering support rather than weight.

If this feels like a path you want to explore, you are in the right place. And remember, you decide how deeply you take this practice.
