These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, mental health, or psychological condition. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care I acknowledge that Rebecca Anderson is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other licensed health care provider. The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult with my physician or licensed health care provider regarding any physical, mental, or emotional conditions I may be experiencing. Voluntary Participation I understand that my participation in any session, mentorship, or ceremony is entirely voluntary. I accept full responsibility for any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual effects that may arise during or after the session. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without my written consent, except where required by law. Results Are Not Guaranteed I understand that while these services can support personal growth and transformation, results are individual and cannot be guaranteed. The responsibility for my personal well-being and transformation lies solely with me. Liability Release In consideration of the services received, I voluntarily release and hold harmless Rebecca Anderson and Bellaruna LLC from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my participation in these services, including any claims of negligence. Client Age & Capacity I affirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If under 18, I confirm that I have parental or guardian consent.
